Information you provide
Booking inquiries collect your name, email address, phone number, selected photography package, project description, and any gallery photograph you choose as inspiration. Casting submissions collect your name, email, Instagram handle, height, location, availability, and experience, plus any portfolio links or photographs you choose to share. We also receive information you send by email. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification, or other sensitive information through these forms.
How information is used
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss availability and pricing, and arrange photography services. Casting details help us assess suitability and contact you about relevant projects. A casting submission does not guarantee selection. Form submissions are not published on this website and are not automatically added to a marketing mailing list.
Services that process information
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for delivery and security. Formspree processes booking inquiries. Tally processes casting submissions and uploaded photographs. Email providers deliver our correspondence. Pixieset handles scheduling when you follow a booking link. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the casting form from automated submissions and may process device information and use cookies for security.
These providers may process information outside your state or country. Their own policies also apply: Vercel, Formspree, Tally, Pixieset, and Google. Clicking a social or portfolio link takes you to another service with its own privacy practices.
Cookies, analytics, and browser privacy signals
This site stores your privacy choice in your browser for up to 180 days. Optional Vercel Web Analytics stays off unless you select Allow analytics. It provides aggregate statistics about page visits, referring sites, general location, and device or browser type without advertising cookies. We remove query strings and fragments from the page URLs sent by this site and do not send form answers to analytics.
You can decline analytics and still use the site. Cookie settings lets you change your choice at any time. This site also keeps optional analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Embedded forms and security services may use storage necessary to operate their features. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or to stop considering you for future casting, by emailing from the address used in your submission. We may need to verify your request and may retain records needed for existing agreements or legal obligations.
Children and security
These website forms are intended for adults. A parent or guardian should contact us directly to discuss photography involving a minor. If a child has submitted personal information without permission, please contact us so we can address it. The site uses HTTPS and service providers with security controls, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
