These terms describe use of the Sniped Media website and its inquiry and casting forms. Questions can be sent to hello@snipedmedia.com.

Inquiries and photography bookings

Submitting an inquiry, viewing a package, or following a calendar link does not by itself confirm a booking. Availability, the final scope, payment arrangements, cancellation or rescheduling terms, delivery, and image usage rights must be confirmed in the applicable booking process or photography agreement. That agreement governs the services purchased.

Prices and package descriptions on the website are subject to change. Any additional coverage or costs must be agreed before booking. Event pricing shown as a starting price depends on the requested scope.

Casting submissions

Casting is open for consideration for future projects. Submitting information does not guarantee a response, selection, paid work, or a photography session. Project details, compensation if applicable, scheduling, and any model release will be discussed separately. Submitting a casting form alone does not grant a public advertising license to your photographs.

Information and photographs you submit

Provide accurate contact and project information, and submit only photographs or other material you have permission to share for the inquiry or casting review. Do not impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive material, or attempt to disrupt the website. A parent or guardian should contact us directly about work involving a minor.

Website photographs and content

Photographs, branding, and other original website materials are protected by their owners' intellectual property rights. Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, alter, or use those materials in advertising. Contact Sniped Media about licensing or permitted uses.

External services and availability

Forms, scheduling tools, and links may be provided by third parties, including Tally, Formspree, and Pixieset. Their terms and policies apply when you use their services. We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but pages, links, or third-party services may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. Contact us if you need to confirm a detail or cannot complete a form.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy explains how website information is handled. Updates to these website terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Changes to this page do not replace an existing signed photography agreement or limit rights you have under applicable law.
